Channeling is the ability to connect with non-physical, by adjusting one’s frequency of vibration and bringing through information into our physical reality. We can consider non-physical as:

- Something existent only in essence (potential but not manifested) that we bring through inspiration
- Or a being existing in a different dimension, whether it is an angel, a guide or somebody who passed away
- Or our soul or Higher Self, the part of us that is eternal and has a broader perspective

Darshan, is literally translated from Sanskrit as “seeing and being seen by God”, or “Meeting God”. In Hinduism darshan refers to the perception of the ultimate Truth perhaps through one’s own experience or perhaps through such secondary means as seeing (thus experiencing the spiritual essence of) a guru, a saint , a holy site, or a sacred effigy. For example, Hindus speak of “having a darshan” when they are in the presence of a holy person and experience a state of interiorizing contemplation brought about by the presence of that person.

The meaning of the word Namasté is as it follows:

“I honor the place in you in which the entire Universe dwells.
I honor the place in you, which is of Love, of Truth, of Light, and of Peace.
When you are in that place in you, and I am i that place in me,
We are One!

REIKI (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese technique for relaxation that also promotes health and wellbeing. It was discovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 1900′s. It is administered by “laying on hands” and it is based on the idea that there is an unseen life force energy that gives us life. If this energy is low we might feel sick. If this energy is high we will feel happy and healthy.

REIKI works on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. To learn more about REIKI, please visit
